RICHTER — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Karen Landie of Pomona was driving east on K-68 when her car lost power and then caught fire near Richter Tuesday evening. Firefighters from the Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison Township Fire Department put out the fire.
