LAWRENCE — There’s another, closer casualty of the artillery duel and tense standoff between South Korea and North Korea. The Dole Institute of Politics has had to cancel its Monday program. Republic of Korea ambassador to the U.S., Han Duk-soo and U.S. ambassador to the Republic of Korea Kathleen Stephens were scheduled to appear Monday. Dole Institute director Bill Lacy said he hopes to reschedule the program.
