OTTAWA — Ottawa High School graduate and star athlete Kearsten Peoples will be honored at the annual high school basketball scrimmage tonight. Scrimmages start at 5:30 with the freshmen and junior varsity girls. Shortly before 7, Kearsten Peoples will be recognized for being selected Kansas Gatorade Female Track and Field Athlete of the Year last spring. She received a track scholarship from Missouri.
