OTTAWA — The Franklin County United Way is close reaching its $133,000 goal for this year. United Way’s Tressa Roecker saids the campaign has raised nearly $130,000. If the current pace continues, the drive could end up about $15,000 more than the goal, she said. The United Way serves 15 area social agencies.
