OTTAWA — At least seven parked vehicles were damaged sometime late Friday night or early Saturday morning. Ottawa police said five of the vehicles were parked in the 600 block of South Poplar. Another was parked in the 300 block of South Elm Street and another in the 800 block of South Oak.
