OTTAWA — A 16-year-old Ottawa teen was cited for reckless driving and having no insurance late Friday night in Forest Park. Ottawa police Lt. Adam Weingartner said the officer who pulled over the driver estimated that the teen was driving 70 to 80 miles an hour past a crowd of other teens in the park. Because of the speeds involved and because there were people next to the road, the teen was cited on suspicion of reckless driving, Weingartner said.
