OTTAWA — The annual Ottawa Christmas Parade and Victorian Christmas will be a day-long celebration Saturday at the Carnegie Cultural Center, Washburn Towers and downtown. Events, many of which begin at 10 a.m., include a railroad display, food and children’s activities. The parade begins at 4:00. KOFO’s own Brad Howard will announce the parade.
