OTTAWA — A 43-year-old Ottawa woman was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center Tuesday after a one-vehicle crash northwest of Ottawa. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office says Patricia Rutche was driving east on Osborne Terrace when she lost control of her truck and it hit a bridge in the 2400 block.
