WELLSVILLE — Two Wellsville teens have been arrested in connection with several structure and vehicle burglaries in and around Wellsville. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said 17-year-old Noah Breen and 17-year-old Chance Thorp were booked into the juvenile detention center in connection with the burglaries.
