OTTAWA — Five members of Ottawa’s Youth in Government attended last week’s National League of Cities’ annual conference in Denver. They are Zach George, Gabby Bowers, Spencer Morgan, Danon Taylor and advisor Lisa Rivers. Ottawa’s Youth in Government program is nationally-recognized for its efforts to involve teens in municipal government and Ottawa teens often give presentations to national groups.
