PAOLA — Miami County Extension’s “Knowledge at Noon” has a holiday theme. Knowledge at Noon will feature holiday brunch ideas. It will be Wednesday noon to 1 at the Extension office in Paola. Those attending will learn about how to make tasty holiday brunches and sample a few favorites from the Miami County Extension’s Master Food Volunteers. No reservations are needed. The $2 fee will cover food costs and supplies.
