OTTAWA — The Christmas Bureau is falling short of its goal and is in dire need of donations of food and presents for the holidays. ECKAN’s Kristina Zhilkina said because of the economy, there will be at least a 25 percent increase in the number of people seeking help from the Christmas Bureau.
