POMONA — Ottawa farmer Lyle Sundstrom reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office Monday that someone stole eight batteries and tools from two tractors sitting in a field in the 2800 block of Arkansas Terrace south of Pomona. The loss was estimated at $1,125.
