OTTAWA — The Ottawa Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Jan. 12 concerning a change to an industrial park site that Mac Fasteners will build its new expansion. The company asks to vacate a small part of the storm-water drainage easement at 1110 Enterprise that runs through where the new building will be, said assistant planning director Tom Yahl. A new storm-water study has been done of the area and the change won’t affect any neighbors, he said. The company says the expansion will also mean an expansion in the number of employees.
