CHESTERTON, Mo. — A soybean marketing group hopes that a new healthier type of soybean oil designed by Missouri University researchers will boost soybean sales.

The new soybean oil, which will be marketed under a new name, comes from a healthier bean and has a formulation that has healthier fats, he said.
