OTTAWA — Franklin County commissioners won’t meet next week. They’ll next meet Jan. 10. New commissioners Steve Harris and Colton Waymire will be sworn in. A farewell reception honoring outgoing commissioners Don Hay and Sue Farrell will immediately follow the final adjournment of the current commission shortly after 8:30.
