OVERBROOK–The residents of Overbrook can finally buy alcohol in their town. With the Overbrook Spirits opening on Monday, there are only four towns in Kansas that prohibit the sell of alcohol. After a long fight, store owner Scott Bronoski lifted the restriction by leading a petition. Residents voted to repeal the restriction in November. The four remaining “dry” towns are Moundridge, Parkerfield, Hesston, and North Newton.
