GARNETT — A Garnett fifth grader is a calendar girl. A recycling poster drawn by Idallis Shaffer of Saint Rose Philippine Duchesne School of Garnett is included in the 2011 Kansas “Don’t Spoil It” calendar issued by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Her poster, “You’re Never 2 Old to 2 Recycle” graces the calendar for June.
