FORT SCOTT — A 61-year-old Fort Scott woman has been indicted in federal court for falsely taking more than $95,000 in disabled widow benefits from Social Security. U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said Sandra Haraughty is a accused of receiving the benefits over more than 10 years until last April in Bourbon County.
