GARNETT–Someone is going to take part in the April Election. Dan Morgan of Garnett has filed for the Garnett City Commission on Wednesday. Morgan, a lifelong resident of Greeley, moved to Garnett in 2008. He has served on the Board of Directors of United Cooperatives and East Kansas Agri-Energy. He is a graduate of Garnett High School and Kansas State University.
