GARNETT — A Colony man faces 21 traffic charges and four drug charges in connection with a recent high-speed pursuit that reached speeds of 110 miles an hour along rural Anderson County roads southeast of Garnet, the Anderson County Review reported. The Garnett Police Department said that an officer tried to pull over Heath Patterson, 36, Colony; for a traffic violation and he took off. His car crashed near Bush City and he fled on foot. He was arrested in Iola a day later.
