OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission has three seats up for election this spring. Those seats belong to commissioners Sara Humm, Blake Jorgensen and Rocky Fleer. So far, no one has filed for the city positions. The deadline to file is noon Jan. 25 at the Ottawa city clerk’s office. Commissioners are at-large – they are elected by all of the city’s voters. The top two vote-getters will receive four-year terms and the number-three candidate receives a two-year term.
