OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said it handled at least 10 non-injury traffic accidents Monday during the winter storm. More than half of those accidents occurred on I-35 and more than half of those I-35 accidents involved semi-trucks. The Ottawa police handled at least three fender-benders Monday.
