OTTAWA — Project Hope of Ottawa and Kansas Point-in-Time Count are looking for volunteers to help count homeless people in the Ottawa area. Project Hope is seeking a federal grant and a point-in-time count is needed before the group can get a grant. Training and packets will be provided tonight and Thursday night at 7 at the Ottawa Community Church, 824 W. 17th St.
