GARNETT — The Garnett Library’s 10th annual reading program begins Monday night at 7 with a kick-off party in the Archer Room at the library. The program, called “Winter Getaway X” runs through Feb. 25. Everyone 18 years of age and older is welcome to participate. Those who take part and who read at least five books will be eligible for a grand prize drawing.
