OVERLAND PARK — The northbound U.S. 69 exit ramp to 87th Street is scheduled to reopen to all traffic before Friday night’s evening rush hour. The ramp was supposed to open in December but several drivers ignored barricades and buried their vehicles in the freshly-poured concrete of the ramp. Crews have had to take another month to repour and repair the ramp.
