BALDWIN CITY — A member of the Baldwin City Council has filed for the Bbaldwin school board instead. The Baldwin City Signal reported that council member Robin Bayer has filed for the at-large seat on the school board. The position now is held by Joshua Mihesuah. Bayer owns Tequa Creek Holdings and is a computer programming consultant. He was appointed to the council by Mayor Ken Wagner two years ago. His seat on the city council is up for election April 5. The deadline for all city and school offices is noon Jan. 25.
