WASHINGTON — While forecasts of U.S. corn production are down slightly from last year, the rest of the world is producing more corn to meet increased demand fueled by ethanol. World Agricultural Outlook Board chair Gerry Bange said corn stocks across the world are falling to historic lows because of the increased demand from ethanol plants.
