OSAGE CITY — A 54-year-old Osage City man was killed in a one-vehicle crash just north of Osage City Tuesday night. The Kansas Highway Patrol said James Garton was driving west on U.S. 56 about a mile north of Osage City when his car left the road. His car went into the south ditch and hit a tree. He wasn’t wearing a seat belt, the highway patrol said.
