WICHITA — A Baldwin High School senior has won one of Wichita State University’s top scholarships. Ally Foye, Baldwin City; will receive the Fran Jabara Scholarship in Entrepreneurship at Wichita State. She’ll receive $20,000 over four years. While at Baldwin High School, Foye has earned academic letters for the last three years, has been named an All-American cheerleader and has been in the Kansas Music Educators Association honor band. She works 10 to 15 hours a week at the Santa Fe Market and does community service around Baldwin City.
