FREDONIA — Chris Taylor has waived his preliminary hearing and will face an arraignment Feb. 4 in Wilson County District Court in Fredonia. At that hearing, he will be asked to enter a plead in connection with a case in which an Ottawa teenager was taken to Wilson County for sex late last year. He was arrested near Garnett after a three-day manhunt after his cable TV truck was disabled in rural Anderson County.
