GARNETT — There’s a full house for the race for Garnett City Commission. Three people are challenging incumbent Commissioner Chris Maynard. Daniel Morgan, Arthur Gilmore and Jan Fagg have jumped into the city race. There is only one other contested race in Anderson County and that’s for Position 1 of the Anderson County USD 365 school board. Gaylene Comfort, Westphalia; is challenging incumbent Carl Nichols, Westphalia.
