OTTAWA – The Kansas State Bank and Ottawa University honored a long-time pillar, Bob Hill. Hill, chairman of the board of the bank, is stepping down but will stay involved as chairman emeritus. The bank presented a $5,000 check in his name to Ottawa University, which was accepted by OU president Kevin Eichner in a ceremony Friday afternoon. was present to accept the donation. Hill is retiring as chairman but will stay on as chairman emeritus.
