OTTAWA — The city of Ottawa is dialing for dollars, so don’t toss those old cell phones or printer cartridges. The city invites you to toss them into a box at city hall instead. The city will sell them to a recycler to help raise funds for new equipment, said city manager Richard Nienstedt. The city is also looking for grants to help buy the playground equipment as well, he said.
