LAWRENCE — A NASA scientist will talk about climate change and its implications Wednesday afternoon from 3 to 4 at Kansas University’s Dole Institute of Politics, weather permitting. Jack Kaye will talk about the results of NASA’s space-based observations of the earth’s system and how those findings could affect knowledge of climate change.
