OTTAWA — A 30-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail Monday night in connection with a sexual assault reported to Ottawa police Monday.
The jail log identified the man as Steven Wilson, who is being held on suspicion of kidnapping, suspicion of aggravated sodomy and criminal threat. Ottawa police said an 18-year-old Ottawa woman reported a man forced his way into her home and threatened her and assaulted her. Lt. Adam Weingartner sid the man and woman were acquainted and said he would have no further comment about their relationship. Detectives are continuing to investigate the case, he said.
