TOPEKA — The Kansas Senate has confirmed Dennis Taylor as the state’s new secretary of administration. Taylor has 33 years of public management experience and has served twice as a cabinet secretary during Gov. Mike Hayden’s administration and as Shawnee County commissioner. Taylor also will serve as the head of the Office of the Repealer.
