OTTAWA — ECKAN will distribute commodity food items to eligible Franklin County residents on Monday. The distribution is a week early because of the Presidents Day holiday Feb. 21. The items will be distributed from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Ottawa VFW post and 10 to noon at the Wellsville Walnut Plaza Apartments.
