OTTAWA — The state regent of the Kansas Daughters of the American Revolution recently visited the local General Edward Hand DAR Chapter. Mary Bannister Frisch honored 25-year members Marylou Goodman Dewald and Roberta Whiting, and 50-year member Freda Gardner McKeithan.
