LeLOUP — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said someone set fire to two hay bales at Ohio and Shawnee roads near LeLoup early Saturday morning. Wellsville firefighters were called to the scene. Authorities were still trying to find the owner. There wasn’t an immediate estimate of damage.
