TOPEKA – Gov. Sam Brownback will sign a proclamation declaring today as “Jordy Nelson Day” during a ceremony in his office this morning in the Capitol. Nelson was an all-star wide receiver for Kansas State and helped the Green Bay Packers win the Super Bowl.
