OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a 45-year-old Ottawa man reported two Shih Tzu dogs were taken from his property in the 2600 block of Indiana Road sometime Friday night while he was at work The loss estimate of the two dogs wasn’t immediately known.
