OTTAWA — Despite the recent series of snow storms, construction on a new recreation center at 15th and Ash remains on track and should be completed later this year. The concrete pad was poured and utility service was roughed in before the storms, ORC director Therron Diechmann said. The steel for the building was scheduled to arrive at the end of the month so the project is now waiting for that, he said. The new center should be done in the fall, he said.
