OTTAWA — Tonight’s third annual Ottawa High School Empty Bowls project seeks to raise funds for Franklin County food pantries. Tickets are $10 for soup and a bowl made by students. Students Frankie Ramirez and Anna Stone said the goal is to merely sell all of the bowls. But they add that it would be nice to match or better last year’s $3,000 effort. Empty Bowls will be tonight from 5 to 7 during the high school basketball game.
