FREDONIA — Charles “Chris” Taylor has agreed to a plea deal in which he’s guilty of a charge of indecent solicitation of a minor. Sentencing will be in Wilson County District Court March 15. He was charged in connection with an incident in which he drove an Ottawa teen to a location near Fredonia for sex. He was arrested after a three-day manhunt near Garnett after the cable television company he worked for disabled his truck by satellite at the request of Ottawa police.
