CENTRAL HEIGHTS — Some Central Heights voters will have a primary election Tuesday. Central Heights school board Position 2 incumbent Cindi Dryden faces three challengers — Keith Brock, Judy Hamblin and Lori Thompson.
Franklin County Clerk Shari Perry said all voting in the primary will be at the Richmond Community Center. Letters were sent to voters who don’t normally vote in Richmond of the change, she said.
