RICHMOND — Some Central Heights voters go to the polls today in Richmond. The only primary election in Franklin County today involves Central Heights school board Position 2. Incumbent Cindi Dryden faces three challengers — Keith Brock, Judy Hamblin and Lori Thompson. Franklin County Clerk Shari Perry said she’s not expected a large turnout today. Advance ballots were light, she said.
