OTTAWA — A court hearing for the man accused of hiding a video camera in a girls locker room at Ottawa High School will be April 6 in Franklin County District Court. Marshall Silvey is free on $15,000 bond, with the condition that he stay away from the high school. He was a school employee when the incident occurred. That hearing is an arraignment at which he’ll be asked to formally respond to the eavesdropping charge against him.
