OLATHE — A 56-year-old Ottawa woman was taken to Overland Park Medical Ccenter Tuesday morning after she crashed into a semi-truck on I-35. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Carol Dugger was driving north on I-35 when her SUV rear-ended a semi-truck driven by Tammy Ledford, 44, Nashville, Ga., at Lone Elm Road in Olathe. Troopers said Dugger lost control of her vehicle after the impact and crossed over the median. Ledford wasn’t injured.
