OTTAWA–Candidates for the Ottawa City Commission and the Ottawa School Board had their say during a Candidates Forum Tuesday at the County Annex. While there wasn’t much controversy, the closing of Eisenhower Elementary School came up. Most incumbents and new candidates alike said they didn’t like closing Eisenhower, but given the dire financial circumstances, couldn’t see what else could be done.
